Big Four CrossFit is the only CrossFit affiliate in Shelby County and we want to be the bridge to your health and fitness goals! We opened in May of 2013 and have and continue to help many people lead healthier and happier lives. We offer group fitness classes and personal training sessions that are able to be modified for every level of athlete. Whether you are looking to lose weight and gain muscle, increase your skills, or improve your overall health, we will help you reach your goals. We have a staff of certified coaches to keep you safe and free from injury. The CrossFit methodology is unique and has produced results like no other. The workouts are constantly varied, functional movements, and programmed for you. But most importantly, we have an outstanding support system and community here at Big Four and the CrossFit world. ”I joined Big Four because my best friend wouldn’t stop talking about it and promised I’d love it. I stopped in to “try out” one class and haven’t looked back since!!
