What is Bootcamp?

If you have been wanting to try CrossFit type workouts but are intimidated by the barbells or if you are just looking to supplement your CrossFit workout with some extra cardio.....this is the class for you!  You will work out in a group setting, lead by a coach, through an intense workout intended to get your heart rate up and burn fat while using a minimum of equipment.  

Classes are available 4x/week and the workouts and movements will always be different, to get maximum results.  

No experience necessary.
